Made some changes and fixes to the game.  Here's a list of changes and additions:

• Fixed the onscreen browser controls, sorry about the multiple uploads. I was initially using them to test the controls, but later realized I could just test the controls on my phone as an Android  APK.
• Added new music and a fourth level to both the browser and Windows releases
• First level mini boss(removed prior to release) is now back, as the fourth level boss
• Added obstacles (fourth level)
